HOTEL GUEST POLICY
Welcome to Dilida Guest Suites
We are delighted to welcome you our esteemed guest to our hotel and we do hope that you will enjoy your pleasant stay with us. Please carefully read our hotel guest policy and rules before checking-in. we appeal that you adhere to these rules and policy.
- Guest check out time is 12pm, late check-out will attract extra charges. (50% of room rate)
- Smoking is prohibited in all rooms.
- The maximum occupancy for each room is two (2) except family booking.
- Preparation of food in guest rooms by any type of cooking appliances, barbeques, or burners are strictly prohibited.
- The hotel is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items. All guests are advised to declare and surrender all valuables to our Reception Staff for safe-keeping.
- The hotel will not be responsible for any loss of vehicles in our car parking areas; all vehicles are parked at owner’s risk.
- Any damage to the hotel furniture or furnishing will attract a damage penalty.
- Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms without the permission of the guest. Guest must confirm the identity of any visitors with our reception staff.
- Misuse of property e.g bed sheets, duvet, pillowcases, towels etc, in any manner other than the appropriate use shall attract a penalty charge.
- Manhandling our electrical/electronic appliances is prohibited. Should you need any assistance with our electronic appliances, please contact the reception for assistance.
- Loss or our room key by guest will attract a penalty charge for replacement. Guests are advice to drop room key at the reception before leaving the hotel.
- Consumption of food in the reception or any other area of the hotel is prohibited except in guest rooms or restaurant.
- Guests are not allowed to dry/spread their personal clothing on the cloth line in the hotel premises.
- Theft of any hotel item or property will be prosecuted.
